History: Lisa took an “Introduction to Aerodynamics” class at the local science museum in Philadelphia while in elementary school. Between that and a father who used to take her to the Philadelphia International Airport to watch planes, she “caught the bug” and it never went away. Lisa finally realized the dream with the money she was making during her internship work while in college at age 19. She tries to fly anything that she can get her hands on — which so far ranges from hanggliders to a Malibu Meridian. She seems to have avoided most BFRs by getting FAA “Wings” or going for another rating instead. Her love of flying has been “restrained” from time to time by financial difficulties and time occupied by raising a daughter as a single mom, but it has never decreased and always finds a way out.
