History: Away from aviation, one that knows Daryll Manzano might say that he is a daring adventurer, a thrill-seeking adrenaline junky but not for the reason of simply fulfilling a high. Why would Daryll ride his motorcycle down the beautiful coast on Highway 1 or why would Daryll jump out of a perfectly well maintained aircraft with only a backpack and a parachute stuffed in it or why would Daryll, to begin with, defy gravity when humans were not meant to fly? It’s because Daryll believes that life is an experience that becomes more vivid as one pushes past their own limits, in any direction and safely commanding an aircraft in the air is an experience like no other. He believes that in order to celebrate successes one must appreciate failures, hence the different extremes of limits.

Daryll Manzano has been flying since he was 15 years old in 2014 and took a jump to attend Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2016, where he completed his Private Pilot and Instrument Rating. In 2018, he came back home to Monterey, California where he completed his Commercial Pilot Certification and then his Flight Instructor Certification in 2020. As an instructor, Daryll is dedicated to pushing himself to become an even better student of aviation every single day with every single flight, experiencing as much variety in levels and backgrounds as he can to improve.

If you are looking for an instructor that will believe that your dog ate your homework, Daryll just might be the guy you are looking for, just kidding.
